It's that time of year when you should switch out your summer lipsticks for some new fall tones because the leaves are turning colour (although perhaps not here in Houston). I don't know about you, but my favourite cosmetics season is fall!

I've put together a list of the top 10 drugstore lipsticks for this season in today's post. There are many glosses and a lip liner among the variety of formulas and finishes we offer. The colour "Sand" is a gorgeous, deep, warm neutral with a few shimmering specks, but it is extremely sheer and wearable! It's quite understated when worn by itself, but it also looks stunning layered over a darker lip colour.

For almost everyone, this lipstick formula works well! This is for you if you desire lips that are silky. The colour Almond Hustle is ideal for channelling your preferred pumpkin spice latte. A more recent release, the Revlon Super Lustrous Glass Shine Lipstick, is truly stunning! You will adore these if you enjoy the standard Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick. They have a lot of sheen, a lip balm-like texture, and gorgeous colour payoff. Rum Raisin is a fantastic hue for the fall. It's a great option to wear a darker shade in a formula that still looks natural.

5. NYX Suede Lip Liner (multiple shades)

There are many lovely, neutral fall colours in the NYX Suede Lip Liner. They are such high-quality products with excellent pigment coverage. The colours Spice, Sandstorm, and Softspoken are my favourites. You can put a gloss or lipstick on top or wear these by themselves for a matte appearance. For this tutorial, I went with a richer nude tone so you could have something in your wardrobe for casual wear. For a deep neutral, I also heartily suggest the mechanical pencil shade Sand Beige!

6. Accept a Dare Maybelline SuperStay Ink Crayon

You're missing out if you've never used a Maybelline SuperStay Ink Crayon. They are some of my favourite lipsticks. These crayons have a creamy texture, a matte finish, and incredible lasting power. Additionally, the crayon tip allows for simple, accurate application. They have a large selection of colours (and release new ones frequently), but for this post I felt compelled to mention the shade Accept a Dare.
